Power Slots is yet another new casino by ProgressPlay, and they seem unrelenting on their quest to provide players with all the top games. Following suit with their other casinos, like Mobile Wins, Dream Palace, and Royal Swipe, Power Slots offers over a staggering 300 games to play.

ProgressPlay LogoProgressPlay will always win points in this department, as they bring players such a diverse range of slots from all the big names. Where other casinos may stick to one software provider, ProgressPlay enlist help from popular software providers such as Microgaming, Next Gen and Rabcat.

There’s definitely something for everyone, with a variety of themes, paylines, wager amount options and jackpot slots to play. And with the amount of slots available, if you don’t like a slot or get bored, you can always move onto the next one.

Poweslots Welcome Package BannerIn sync with the other ProgressPlay casinos, Powers Slots are currently running a whopping £800 welcome package. It’s always nice to feel important, and this huge bonus goes a long way in making you feel valued.

The welcome package is split up into three bonuses. When you make your first deposit, you’ll be matched at 100%, up to £200. This means that if you deposit £200, you”ll be getting £400 to play with. When this runs out, make a second deposit and be rewarded with 50% extra, on anything up to £300.  And finally, make a third deposit and it will be matched at 100% all over again, up to a huge £300.

We think a bonus of these proportions is great in that it might be exactly what your looking for to help sway you to a new casino. And even if you’re not perusing the market, we think it’s well worth trying this casino when the rewards are so good.

There is one small disappointment, however. Power Slots don’t currently offer any no-deposit bonuses. This is a real shame as it means you can’t try out the casino before depositing.

Although we were a bit discouraged by Power Slots’ lack of a no-depsoit bonus, they do make up for this in other areas. Almost every day of the week  Power Slots offer a different promotion, including cashback prizes, free spins and weekend competitions. As if that wasn’t enough, they also have monthly promotions which promise big bonuses.  Here’s just a selection of some of the ones we love:

  • Powerslots Free Spins promoFree Spins on the Game of the Day – If you’re depositing regularly at Power Slots then we can bet you Wednesdays will soon become your favourite day of the week. Power Slots rewards players who have deposited in the previous two week with free spins EVERY Wednesday. All you need to do is keep an eye on your email and you’ll have free spins straight to your inbox in no time.
  • Cashback Thursday– Not impressed by free spins? How about a nice 10% cashback on anything you deposit every Thursday? This promotion runs between 10am and 11:59 pm and you’ll need to deposit at least £30 to qualify. Arguably this is quite an expensive bonus, but as there’s no limits you can deposit over and over and receive 10% back every time!
  • Big Cash Weekend Race – Gear up for the weekend in style, as Power Slots are giving away VIP points with every spin made between Friday and Sunday. The three players who collect the most VIP points over the weekend are then awarded cash prizes. A bronze medal will see you taking home £50, silver £75, and there’s £100 up for grabs for whoever wins the gold!

mobile depositLike all of the new ProgressPlay sites, Power Slots is a pay by phone casino, so straight away we’re impressed. We love a pay by phone casino because it makes the whole depositing process faster and easier. You can simply deposit from your mobile and it will be charged to your phone bill at the end of the month or taken from your phone’s credit.

Mobile deposits are becoming more and more popular with players, so it’s great to see Power Slots offering this service. The only downside we can see to paying by phone at Power Slots is that they are quite restrictive on how much you can deposit; there’s a £10 minimum and you can only deposit  £30 per day.

Of course, the other usual methods are available too; Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Ukash and PaySafe Card are all accepted. All have a minimum deposit of £10, and varied maximum daily limits, ranging from £200 to £9000.

Like their list of games, their list of promotions, and their list of depositing methods, Power Slots offer an equally plentiful range of withdrawal methods. This includes credit and debit cards, Neteller, Skrill, cheque or bank transfer.

However, withdrawing at Power Slots can be a slow process, with a processing time of up to three days.  Bank transfers can take a further 10 days to come through, and to receive a cheque you could be waiting up to 28 days. This is a real negative for Power Slots, as most players want their winnings back in their banks as quick as possible.

The wagering requirements are also pretty steep (50x) and these must be met before you can withdraw any winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount varies for each method, which can be a reasonable £20 for most methods, up to a huge £50 for bank transfers.

A Little Originality Please

Women Having Fun at Casino

Ladies Having Fun at Power Slots…

There’s two major problems I have with Power Slots, and they both stem from a lack of imagination. One is that is that it’s a carbon copy of ProgressPlay’s other sites, just pinker, and one is that, well, it’s pink. Of course, Power Slots is the ‘feminine’ equivalent to ProgressPlay’s other casinos in, probably, a bid to appeal to everyone. It’s an smart move, seen as more women are playing at casinos than ever before, it just already seems a little tired.

I’d like to state for the record here that I have no problem with pink, bring me all the flamingos, rose wine and strawberry ice cream a girl can carry, it’s just that I find it an utter cop out when that’s the most original thing a casino can come up with to appeal to women. Mobile Wins is a great casino, Royal Swipe is a great casino, we women can work this out, so ProgressPlay really didn’t need a pink triplicate.

Other Casinos Like Power Slots Casino

”Vera – feel like over 300 games isn’t enough for you? How about over 400, which is what Vera and John Casino have to offer. Committed to bringing you the best new releases, Vera and John provide a whole range of games from the biggest software developers. There’s also a free £5 to play with on any game you fancy, so we think it’s well worth a try!

Mobile Wins Casino LogoMobile Wins -dfdMobile Wins was the original ProgressPlay casino that caught our eye, and we think it still stands as the best one too. Expect all the same features that Power Slots provides, including the huge range of games, depositing/withdrawing methods and the same promotions. A great choice if you’re not overly keen on Power Slots’ pinkness. It’s not always the case that first means best, but in this instance it’s definitely true.

Droid Slots' Stamp of ApprovalPower Slots is a good casino. It delivers on nearly every aspect a player could want. Does it bring anything new to the table? No. It lacks originality and with a layout identical to ProgressPlay’s other sites, it’s a bit redundant. However, if the colour scheme appeals to you more than the others, you’re in for the same great time, so I guess there’s no harm in it being there. And with that great welcome package, it’s hard to criticize too much.

Ever since we started seeing more and more Rabcat games in every casino that we visited, we started paying more attention on them. There were many reasons of why they caught our attention. For starters, the gameplay on their games were exceptionally detailed and the artwork on their graphics were beautiful. On top of that, Rabcat have made sure all their games are accessible to all gamers by partnering with high level operators and famous casinos.
