The team behind Evolution Gaming – a bespoke casino and live-casino games software provider for some of the biggest names in the industry – have posted excellent third-quarter figures for 2015. The company suggests that this strong surge in profits is due to more people playing live casino and mobile games than ever before.
Revenue for Evolution in the third quarter of 2015 amounted to around £13.7 million, up 57% from the £8.9 million posted in the same period last year.
Evolution also noted that mobile penetration in the quarter amounted to 28%, compared to just 12% in the corresponding period last year.
The third-quarter results mean Evolution’s revenue for the first nine months of 2015 is up 52% on the results posted at the same point last year.
Evolution’s impressive growth suggests that companies spending time and effort improving their mobile offering are being rewarded in the iGaming sector.
The attitude to mobile gaming at Evolution is impressive, with their website citing that their ‘fully optimised mobile gaming solutions are not an afterthought or an add-on – they’re integral to our world-leading Live Casino offering.’
Evolution argue that players on mobile devices see immediately that this is a no-compromise mobile live casino that connects them to the real thrill of the live tables –wherever they may be.
