These partnerships just keep on coming, don’t they? The newest of these is between slots and table games provider, Habanero, and gaming software provider, EveryMatrix. The deal suggests that EveryMatrix will distribute its content to Habanero which will add over 50 slots, 6 table games and 10 video poker titles to EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine platform. THis obviously means a broader range of games that’l be shared across many mobile casino.
Habanero’s games will join an arsenal of more than 2,000 other games made available from various other software providers like NetEnt, Microgaming and IGT. This is a dizzying amount of content for players across the board.
Habanero chief executive, Nic Ioannoy, said on the merge: “EveryMatrix aggregate more content than any other casino supplier and have excellent reach in territories around the world, making this deal strategically important for us.”
Ebbe Groes, chief executive of EveryMatrix, added: “We have been very impressed with both the quality of Habanero’s games and their commitment to tailoring content to the needs of customers. I’m very hopeful this deal will be beneficial for both of us and the growing list of casino operators that we supply around the world.”
Well, this can only mean that players will receive more games to play. As if we weren’t already spoiled for choice! It’s also pretty exciting that, instead of being competitors, these companies have decided to work together to produce as much high-quality content as possible.
However, this may mean things are set to get more expensive. With fewer competitors around, companies are more likely to raise prices. Let’s hope that they keep their consumers in mind when drawing up those profit margins.
