International gaming group company, NYX Gaming, have announced their intention to forge a partnership with Irish-based online bookies, Paddy Power, for the purposes of including more OGS (Open Gaming Systems). What does this mean? Basically, Paddy Power will have more control over its content though subsidiary gaming system, NextGen, which means more games for players.
The deal is set to occur by the end of the year. Once agreed, players will be able to have access to games such as Foxin’ Wins, Jackpot Jester 50,000 and Merlin’s Millions Superbet. In addition to this, players will get a whole host of other games too.
Paddy Power commercial manager Henrik Johansson said: “Once executed and delivered, the deal with NYX Gaming Group will allow Paddy Power to leverage a significant number of new casino titles, including the proven NextGen Gaming slots content.”
Also commenting on the deal, David Johnson, Commercial Director for NYX Gaming Group, said that he is excited to join with Paddy Power. The Irish company is easily sought after, according to the executive, due to its distribution of real money gaming titles and speedy release to market. I bet NYX is glad they got there first.
This announcement has come a few days after NYX unveiled its plans to make a long-term agreement with German gambling operator mybet. Focusing mostly on making its mobile operations larger, mybet is currently looking to create more revenue streams (which equals more money). Under the deal, NYX would supply them with a selection of NYX OGS games.
NYX has announced a lot of other partnerships recently, including another with Boylesports, and is looking to expand on the international gambling scene with more content agreements to be signed in the next few months.
Awesome! So that means more mobile gaming for us all.
