NetEnt have come out and announced their latest slots for the middle of 2016, which we’ll now be waiting impatiently to play until then. Frustration aside, the 2 new slots they’ve put forward are names only, but look to be giving us something we’ve never seen before from NetEnt. The first is Football: Champion’s Cup, releasing in 23rd May. The second is Theme Park: Tickets of Fortune which releases later on the 22nd June.
Presenting Football & Theme Parks From NetEnt
At the moment, Theme Park: Tickets of Fortune and Football: Champions of Cup are just names. The major problem with NetEnt, which is also a massive compliment, is that they’re extremely unpredictable because they very rarely repeat themselves.
We’ve never seen a theme park or football theme from them before, so we can’t guess the type of gameplay they might derive from those ideas. Not only that, but every recent major NetEnt slot has had very distinct gameplay.
For instance, there’s no real common ground between their Guns ‘N Roses slot, Drive: Multiplier Mayhem or Aloha Cluster Pays. Guns ‘N Roses is bonus round heavy, Drive relies on multipliers and Aloha Cluster Pays uses cluster paylines.
Both Theme Park and Football could literally be anything at this point. One of the only things we can be certain of are the release dates and the placement of the release date, since Football: Champion’s Cup is coming a few weeks before Euro 2016 kicks off in June.
2016 With NetEnt
Clearer details of their new slots usually starts to trickle in a few months before the release. Around April, we should be more clued in about what to expect. Of course, we’ll be there to give you all the updates and break it down as we find out.
Until then, we have all the new NetEnt slots in between to play, with the latest in the NetEnt Rocks range, Jimi Hendrix, dropping in April 22nd. Whatever is uncertain, we can at least be sure we’re in for a great year of NetEnt games.
