NetEnt has been around the slots block enough times to call itself the king of slots, and thats exactly what the team there have done with the upcoming release of their new video slot – King of Slots. Set for release on November 12th this new addition to the NetEnt portfolio sees them return to a classical fruity-machine inspired theme with some modern twists…

King of Slots features a classic three by five reel layout with 25 paylines. The theme itself is very old school fruity machine with classic symbols: ten, jack, queen, king, ace and melon, lemon, cherry and the king’s crown.
The music is very reminiscent of time spent in a hotel lobby or an elevator, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but it could get rather irritating after long stints playing.
The king, whom the slot is named after, doesn’t appear to involve himself in the action at all. Rather, he sits in the corner of the screen blinking at you sorta creepily.
The theoretical return to player is 97%, which in the mobile slots world is a very decent score. If you hit a winning pay-line the symbols will stick, and the rest of the reels re-spin for more of the same winning symbol.
Scatter Symbol: Collect five or more scatter symbols across all reels and you will be awarded five free spins. But these aren’t just any free spins – in this mode all winnings are tripled!
- Sticky Wins: In both the base game and the free spins mode, winning combinations are held on the reels, whilst the others continue spinning for additional, bigger wins. When you don’t hit any more winning symbols the re-spin feature stops.
