Conquer Casino Launches New Site
Conquer Casino — launched in 2014 offering slots games, live casino and table games — has rolled out its brand new website to the gaming public. Aside from the site’s Spartan warrior, the colour scheme is a low-key black with the occasional gold accent which is very easy on the eye and the layout is clean and easily navigated.
The new site comes soon after Conquer’s addition of the ‘mobile lobby’ where players can see exactly which of the 70 games are available on mobile. Players need only visit the site via their mobile browser to access many of the site’s most exciting games. There are some very tempting promotions on offer too — with a 100% cash-match bonus up to £200 for all new players!
Lucky Cow Bingo Launch
Lucky Cow Bingo has launched on the Wheel of Slots network provided by the innovative Jumpman Gaming. Lucky cow might be a tongue in cheek reference to the predominant Bingo demographic, but we’ll let it slide since there are some fantastic features on the site. A hugely important aspect of online gaming now, the site is fully functional on both iOS and Android browsers meaning you can milk the site for all its worth (sorry) wherever you may be.
Games include your typical 90 ball and 75 ball bingo games, in addition to a unique selection of video bingo games — a hybridised version of slots games and bingo which provide instant wins if you haven’t got time to spare! Lucky Cow also boasts over 50 slots and casino games if you’re not in the mood for bingo, and an array of promotions to keep you interested.
UKCG Announce Bitcoin License Warning
The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has issued a warning to casino operators which accept Bitcoin as a payment method, stating that they must adhere to the country’s gambling laws or face prosecution. The regulators also say that anyone providing gambling services to UK consumers must have a license regardless of their location or the currency being used.
The news comes just weeks after rogue Bitcoin casino operator Bryan Micon pleaded guilty to charges of operating an unlicensed interactive gaming system. The UKCG has become increasingly concerned about the unregulated nature of the digital cryptocurrency, with many Bitcoin operators conducting their activities outside of the law. This means that customers of unregulated or unlicensed sites may be vulnerable to theft of their money, personal details or otherwise. The sites may also not have the liquidity needed to keep a gambling site afloat.
NetEnt Report Huge Profits in Q2
Online gaming software giant NetEnt have backed up their innovative new gaming development with a set of very impressive numbers, consolidating their position at the summit of the gaming realm.
The Stockholm-listed operator reported revenue as up by 32.3% to SEK 271.2m (£20.6m) and operating profit up by a whopping 63.3% to SEK 92.7m (£7m) for the second quarter of 2015.
The second quarter marked the launch of flagship game Neon Staxx and various online casino games with bwin.party, Gamesys, Danske Spil and PokerStars. It also launched a selection of its titles for land-based play with gambling giant William Hill.
Coingaming to Launch NetEnt Slots
The dedicated Bitcoin casino platform Coingaming has once again made headlines with the announcement that it will integrate and launch more than 150 HTML5 casino games from NetEnt.
Also included in the deal are 30 mobile games such as Gonzo’s Quest, South Park and Blood Suckers. Coingaming confirmed that Bitcasino will be the first operator to begin offering the NetEnt games. The deal is the first of its kind, and suggests that reputable Bitcoin casinos with a strong brand still have a major part to play in the development of the gaming industry.
