We’d heard some pretty good things about Cashino before we got round to checking it out for ourselves, and although there’s no doubt that this is a solidly put together casino – with easy, straight forward navigation, decent customer support and an alright collect of promos – we found there was very little to really get excited about.
The selection of games is plenty big enough, but filled with unoriginal and uninspiring titles, and the banking options are quite simply lacking. Cashino is unfortunately a surprisingly middle of the road casino. We’re not going to go as far as to suggest no one is ever going to enjoy playing at this site, but for the majority of players, finding somewhere else to play might be preferable.

There’s certainly no shortage of games available at Cashino, with over 120 titles on offer to players, but in these times of casinos all offering games by the hundreds, it’s the quality, not quantity that’s really setting sites apart from competitors.
The problem with Cashino is that its collection of games – while certainly not being ‘bad’ per se – is remarkably middle of the road, and potentially pretty disappointing for players used to big budget slot productions.
It’s not like the developers which have provided the game titles at Cashino are unheard of – after all, many casinos carry the likes of WMS, Blueprint Gaming, Barcrest Games, Edict and SG Gaming – however, there’s a remarkable shortage of headline games to really wow players, with the vast majority of games at the casino being the kind of filler titles which simply play on recurring and tired tropes of slots, without much originality or innovation.
Even the games whose titles you will know – such as Rainbow Riches, Action Bank and Eye of Horus – still are simply famous versions of common theme tropes, which have enjoyed success on the back of having special features, big progressive jackpots, or simply being aggressively marketed. There simply aren’t that many games to really get excited about
It is, of course, a silver lining that it’s not just slots on offer at Cashino. Alongside these games you’ll find an array of table games including a number of roulette and blackjack variants and poker. In addition, you can even play bingo at the site, though the quality of the game on offer isn’t exactly high.
Bonuses & Promotions
100% Welcome Bonus
Thankfully, it’s not all bad at Cashino, and when it comes to its collection of bonuses and promotions at least there’s actually some pretty decent deals to be taken advantage of. For instance, there’s the 100% first deposit welcome bonus which is available to all new players signing up to the casino, which is worth anything up to £250!
To claim the welcome bonus, all you need to do is deposit between £10 and £250 when you first make a deposit, while using the promotional code “CASHINO”. Once your deposit has gone through, you’ll find that you have the money you deposit, plus the same value again as bonus cash.
Cashino also has a number of other promotions which run all the time, and allow both new and returning players the chance to cash in on.
Firstly, there’s the fact that if you play Rainbow Riches at Cashino on a Thursday, every penny you lose if luck isn’t on your side will be subject to a 10% cashback bonus where you can make back 10% of your losses on the popular game. There’s also the C-Point loyalty scheme – the scheme allows you to collect the casino’s exclusive points, and then use them to buy bonuses and even real life prizes.
Deposits & Withdrawals
It has to be said that of all the features of Cashino, it’s the banking options that are most surprising, and not for any good reason. While elsewhere the casino seems to make a big effort to give players the best possible gambling experience, their depositing and withdrawing options really let the side down with their lack of range and narrow options available to players.
As with the vast majority of online and mobile casinos, Cashino accepts deposits via all the major credit and debit card providers – namely Visa, Mastercard and Maestro – but other than this, the only alternative depositing option is PaysafeCard. While we’re big advocates of PaysafeCard, we can hardly believe that we can’t find any other e-wallets or mobile banking options available at this casino.
This is definitely a black mark against our estimation of Cashino.
Other Casinos like Cashino
Casumo — Ok, we’ll admit it, there’s not much similar between these sites other than the fact that their names are roughly similar. The reason we want to mention Casumo, though, is because of how much better this casino is than the one we’re reviewing here. For instance, while you can claim a one off bonus of £250 when you sign up to Cashino, you’ll find that at Casumo, you’re able to claim up to £3,200 in bonuses over your first eight deposits.
PocketWin — PocketWin mimics Cashino in the sense of it being a relatively simple site with a limited choice of games. However, the trump card it holds over Cashino is originality. Each and every one of the games you can play at PocketWin has been tailor made by the casinos in-house team of developers at InTouch Gaming. Just as an aside: the site also features zero wagering requirements, meaning you keep every penny of what you win from bonuses.
It’s safe to say we have our reservations about Cashino. It certainly can’t be accused of being the most innovative or original casino site in the world, given the limited imagination in the games on offer, and the super limited options players have when it comes to depositing and withdrawing funds at the casino. It definitely has some redeeming features in its bonuses and promotions, but we wouldn’t expect most players to be running out to play at this site.
